Braderie Kortenberg 22 september: AEF Immo en de gemeente Kortenberg
This popular event always brings a pleasant crowd to the Leuvensesteenweg, which is occupied with booths of local merchants. This year we, AEF Immo, were once again allowed to be part of it. With our stand we were ready to talk to visitors about the possibilities around selling and renting houses and apartments. We also had a special win action where visitors could win a gift certificate from Lou Boutique.
What makes our participation so sustainable each year is the cooperation with the municipality of Kortenberg and the focus on service flats. These service flats offer seniors a safe and comfortable living environment with a range of facilities. For our part, we gave exclusive tours of these residential units and the common areas.
Tours of the service apartments
During the fair, interested parties had the opportunity to tour the common areas of the service flats under the guidance of our team. These spaces were designed with comfort and accessibility in mind, which is crucial for the residents. Consider a cozy meeting area, where residents can gather for social activities as well as a beautifully landscaped courtyard ideal for enjoying the outdoors.
The real eye-catcher of the tour, however, was the 1-bedroom flat on the second floor. This flat offers residents the opportunity to live there pleasantly and independently, with all necessary amenities within easy reach. The tour showed how spacious and bright the apartment is, with the icing on the cake being the beautiful view of the courtyard, where various activities took place on the day of the fair.
The courtyard and the fairground atmosphere
From the apartment, visitors could enjoy the view of the lively courtyard, which was transformed into a festive space full of fun during the fair. Here there were several stalls with delicious food and drinks and a bouncy castle where children had plenty of fun. For those who wanted to take a break, tables were set up where people could sit and enjoy dance performances by professional dance couples.
Our participation in the Braderie
Our goal at the fair was to inform Kortenberg residents and visitors not only about our services in the real estate sector, but also to make them aware of the fantastic living options in the service flats. We noticed a lot of interest from visitors, not only for the apartment itself, but also for the idea of comfortable living in a community where safety, care and social interaction are key.
