The promotion is valid from 01/12/2021 to 01/12/2022.

The conditions are:

-The action runs between 01/12/2021 and 01/12/2022. You sign a sales order with AEF Immo during this period for the sale of your property.

-On signing the sales order, we will give you a boarding pass with a tear-off slip. We keep the big piece, you keep the small piece. Once the sale of your property is complete and final, your boarding pass goes into the draw.

-Your property is effectively sold by AEF IMMO. If the deed falls later than December 1, 2022, you are also eligible, as long as the sale is final before 01/06/2023 (buyer financing is complete or the purchase is closed without a condition precedent for financing).

-On Wednesday, June 1, 2023 at 10 a.m., the drawing will take place. The drawing will be conducted by a bailiff.

-You can participate with 1 pledge only once.

-The winner will be contacted personally to come and officially receive their prize.

-The refunded commission is the amount paid including VAT. A credit note will be issued for this purpose as proof.
